[In the early afternoon, people paying attention to the journal may or may not take note of a familiar scene playing out in the woods on the edge of town. An open voice-feed, clearly unintentional of an extremely confused looking girl who's definitely just arrived, and from the sounds of it is not where she expected to be...]

Uuuuaaaah? W...what sort of illusion is this?!

[An actual scream!] KYYYYAAAAA!!!!!

W..hat?! WHAT?! N...o..., its gone! But...I was just...WHAT?! Where is it?! I've got to get back...from...here and...go help the others! But first...my pen...I've got to find it? And...whats this...thing? A book?

[The feed closes with the sound of footsteps coming near, but a misplaced finger adds a photograph to the broadcast.

[There's a kid wandering the village today, carrying a wooden box that he has held on his neck with a long ribbon. A delicious aroma comes from the closed box as Goku explores around, searching for people, new people specifically, though that's hard to know at times.

But when he spots a confused looking girl with pretty long black hair and who is screaming... Okay, that one must be new! Have a child approach you with a smile.]

Welcome to Luceti, oneesan! Don't worry, you're okay now, no need to be scared! Ne, ne, are you hungry? I have some delicious okonomiyaki here that I made for new arrivals! It's free!

[Yes, even in Luceti there are vendors on the streets that will assault you offering delicious food.]

[When she hears him approach...she whirls around and gives the kid a warning look. In her hand is clasped a red pen, her knuckles white as she clutches it as tightly as she can. Nothing here is what it seems, and she's not ABOUT to trust food from some kid]

Who are you? What do you want?!

[Woah, Goku stops in his tracks at blinks at the girl a bit confused by her reaction.]

My name's Goku. I wanted to offer you food if you were hungry, I'm taking care of the okonomiyaki restaurant since Ucchan left. She was my family so now the restaurant is mine.

[Nodding to himself, yeah, that's a perfect explanation.]

[She blinks. What sort of trick is this by the enemy?]

F...food? Goku? What?! But I...was...I was just...

You...stay back. I don't know what you are. But stay back.

[See her brandish that pen, oh so menacingly!

[Don't tell him twice, he's not moving from where he stopped. He looks at that pen curiously, though. Is she threatening him with painting his face?]

Is oneesan really new here? It's okay, whatever bad that was happening before it doesn't happen here! Don't be scared, bad things only happen here once a month and sometimes they are really funny actually!

[No really, he makes no sense.]

Yes. New. To, wherever this is.

[He stayed back. Thats...good. A youma wouldn't have done that...so maybe he's not?]

Bad things?

Uhm... This place is Luceti, oneesan. But everyone here is from other places, like you.

[He nods then.]

Yeah, sometimes they are fun, like the time I was turned into a flying meatbun and people changed into things they liked. But other times they are really, really bad and hurt and get scary.

You're saying...I'm in some other world?

[But how? Did the enemy banish me here...?]

You...were a flying...wha...huh? Meatbun? What the hell?

Yeah, that's exactly it! This is Luceti and no one knows where it is or how we got here. But it's where you are now. Many people want to leave but so far no one has been able to do so, at least not on purpose.

[Ukyo didn't leave on purpose, that's for sure. She was working, like everyday and then... She wasn't there. Poof. Gone.

The kid blinks, why does everyone have such a funny reaction to the meatbun thing?]

Yes, I was turned into a flying pork meatbun. Everyone was changed, or most of them were, I met even a walking magazine with weird pictures but I couldn't see them.

So...its a new world, and I'm stuck here? You know what...this...this is just a lot to take in.

[She actually sort of flops to the ground, holding her head. Flying meat buns...new worlds...and this WEIRD kid. She actually feels herself trying to read his aura and see if he's some sort of evil...]

What...is your name? [Try and focus on the details...]

[He's not evil, in fact he's probably one of the most pure things one could find anywhere, though that doesn't mean he can't do bad things but that's another matter. The benefits of having been born barely two years ago. That doesn't mean he's perfect though, in fact he's not even human if the aura reading can pick that up, but he's not a youma or a youkai either -despite what others insist on-.

Goku pouts, worried but rooted to where he's. She told him to stay there after all.]

My name's Goku, Son Goku. What's your name oneesan?

[Well...the Aura reading...it tells her he's pure, and that while he may not be human, he's certainly not a youma...so its alright. She actually smiles at him. He...listened, and stayed put? Thats definite points in her book...

I'm Rei Hino, Goku-san. Its nice to meet you. Its alright, I'm not scared anymore. You don't have to stay so far away if you don't want to.

[It's quite a miracle that he's still there all still and such, probably because she really looked angry and scared and he has food and doesn't want it to go to waste if something bad happens... Of course, the moment she says he doesn't have to stay so far away the kid patters closer immediately, just not too close yet.]

Nice to meet you too, Rei-neesan! Are you sure you're okay? It's okay if you're scared, I'll help you!

[She doesn't shy away or move when he comes closer. She just smiles, and nods. Unless she's completely off her mark and this place is screwing with her powers...she feels he won't hurt her]

I...am alright I think. I'm not scared of you, anyway. Maybe I'm scared of this place, but I'm not hurt. Just more overwhelmed. Its a lot to process.

So you're like all those people who didn't want to come here? I'm sorry, it's not fair to be taken to a place you don't want to go.

But it's not too bad here, I promise! There are bad things but there are good things too.

[Like anywhere else. Except that here the bad things are specially worse.]

Thats...just it Goku-san. I don't know where here is. [She waves her arms around]

I know I was doing something very important. And...now I'm here? But...I don't know if I want to be here or not. I really should get back if I can though, my friend really needs my help.

You can just call me Goku, Goku-san sounds o~ld.

[And he's not old.]

No one knows where Luceti is, or how we got here, or how we can get out. But people come and go the whole time, I think that if you really want to leave you will do so too one day.
