[And it seems they have made it through safely. Well, at least for now. Very well played by Rei. While Grune's attention is on the food, Fenimore turns to Rei to mouth "well done" before turning back to Grune.]

I agree. Rei's put all this work in getting it put together; it would be rude to not enjoy it.

[Despite putting in the effort to use honourifics with Rei, she forgets it when not addressing her directly. Oh well.]
