[He set up the extension ladder and butted it up against the building to check the height. It wasn't long until he was on his way up.]

This doesn't look so bad at all! [Grinning, he climbed up and perched himself on the eaves, feet dangling over the edge.]

I'll hold the ladder if you wanna come up.
