[Hiro at first doesn't realize what's happening seeing how he's still theorizing to himself. However, that's enough time for that bird to indeed pull her into a memory and for Hiro to belatedly realize it.
Thankfully, it's something quick, something brief but something...sort of happy, perhaps. It's a beautiful day in San Fransokyo and the city's as bustling as could be. The sun's out, people are on their way to work or school or wherever they may wish to go...
...and there's a trolley whose brakes are out suddenly careening down a steep hill on its tracks, filled to the brim with people screaming and panicking. There's the round of what appears to be rockets as Baymax and Hiro suddenly zoom overhead to get to the bottom of the hill, Hiro jumping off and somersaulting up to his feet just short of that. He seems to be yelling out orders via his helmet and one by one the rest of his team appear. Wasabi's lasers cut through anything in the trolley's way to lessen the damage and Fred's supersuit stretches as he tries to stop the cart from the back. When that doesn't work he jumps up up and away, landing near Honey Lemon who's using her chemballs to create small trampolines, little safety nets for people to bounce on and out of harm's way as Go Go uses her speed to her advantage to work on getting people out of the cart. Whoever doesn't land on one of Honey's creations lands in Fred's arms. It's clear from their work that they're a well-oiled machine by now and work in tandem, Hiro calling the shots from his place at the bottom of the hill as the cart comes at him and Baymax hard and fast.
Once it reaches the bottom of the hill Baymax digs his heels into the ground and pushes back, metal grinding and straining, the ground deteriorating as the cart comes to a complete and total stop and Hiro takes off his helmet as the five humans join the robot. The older four are busy checking with civilians and coordinating with police, typical hero things, but Hiro approaches Baymax and holds up his fist for the robot.
"Nice job, buddy." And the pair connect for a fistbump. Balalalalalala.
And just like that the memory fades. Rei will find that Hiro's staring at her with wide eyes and his face is a little more pale as he slumps a bit to take a few deep breaths. What the hell was that about?]
