[In the early afternoon, people paying attention to the journal may or may not take note of a familiar scene playing out in the woods on the edge of town. An open voice-feed, clearly unintentional of an extremely confused looking girl who's definitely just arrived, and from the sounds of it is not where she expected to be...]

Uuuuaaaah? W...what sort of illusion is this?!

[An actual scream!] KYYYYAAAAA!!!!!

W..hat?! WHAT?! N...o..., its gone! But...I was just...WHAT?! Where is it?! I've got to get back...from...here and...go help the others! But first...my pen...I've got to find it? And...whats this...thing? A book?

[The feed closes with the sound of footsteps coming near, but a misplaced finger adds a photograph to the broadcast.

I'm glad.. Sometimes people get dumped in really weird places here, but I'm glad to hear you're okay, at least! [ at least it's easy enough for her to dabble off into random blabbing like she always does. ]

And this is Luceti! I guess nobody told you yet, Rei-chan, but.. um, all of us were kidnapped here, sort of! But it isn't all that bad, I promise, so don't get mad!

[ voice ]

[She did get off kind of easy...]

No, some people told me a bit. I know...we're kidnapped. and I promise I'm not mad at you. I couldn't get mad at you, Usagi-chan? You...you're one of my best friends! I know you didn't bring me here.

[ voice ]

Y-yeah, I didn't think you'd get mad at me, but maybe at the Malnosso.. [ a slight pout. ]

And of course we're friends! That's why I'm so glad to see you, Rei-chan-- It's been just me and Ami-chan for the longest time already now!

[ voice ]

Well, now I'm here. And of course I'm going to be mad at the Malnosso. They've been keeping my best friends locked up here!

[Inwardly, she wonders why talking to Usagi is like talking to a small child sometimes...]

So...what is there FUN to do around here?

[ voice ]

[lunas]

Well, it's okay to be a little mad, I just didn't want you to yell or something like that! [ not that she entirely expected Rei to, it was more just.. in case.. ]

And.. ehehe, I knew you'd give in to the fun, Rei-chan! Don't worry, there's plenty of to do..! You'll go and do karoke with me and Ami-chan, right, right?

[ voice ]

I...uh...I guess? [Not really seeing any choice here...]

Say, Usagi-chan, where are you?

[ voice ]

[lunas]

Huh? I'm in the house where Ami-chan and I live.. [ she's not too surprised at Rei being hesitant on the karaoke thing, but it's okay, she'll drag her along for sure either way, so she ignores that part for now. ]

Did you talk to Ami-chan already?

[ voice ]

I did, and it was nice, but I want to see you too?

[Kinda to make sure I'm not dreaming...]

[ voice ]

Of course! We can meet up, Rei-chan.. I really, really want to see you! [ it's been too long, after all. ]

Where do you want to meet up?

[ voice ]

Usagi-chan...I don't know anything about town, remember? I just got here!

[Sigh...

Um, I do know where the house is now though. Ami-chan gave me directions.

[ voice ]

[lunas]

Well, geez, sorry for forgetting! [ a slight whiny sound. ] I can wait outside the house, is that good enough? Or I can find you, wherever you are right now.

[ action ]

[faithfulflame]

I didn't mean it like that, but I'll be right there.

[See Rei hurry on? Not a few minutes later, bam, there she is, right in front of Usagi!]

Usagi-chan!

[ action ]

[lunas]

[ Usagi can wait in some cases, okay, she didn't even really get all that impatient.. but when Rei is there she can expect one Usagi hugging her, nearly tackling her in the process, really. ]

Rei-chaaaan! It really is-- [ .. wait, what? Slowly.. looking up from hug position.. ]

... You look sort of different..

[ action ]

[faithfulflame]

[Rei, of course, hugs Usagi right back, not even caring that Usagi isn't blonde. Its nice, that hug, makes her feel all the fuzzy warmness of friendship]

Yea...Ami-chan mentioned that. You look sorta different too. She thinks maybe we're from different worlds. So. maybe that?

[ action ]

[lunas]

D-different worlds?! [ oh, now she's surprised even more - not letting go yet, though. ]

But you're just Rei-chan, right? How could Rei-chan come from a different world?

[ action ]

[faithfulflame]

I don't know. I know...in my world you're blond. and Ami-chan isn't a doctor yet.

I...think its got something to do with this place. But its ok, you're still Usagi-chan, and I'm still Rei, we just look a little different.

[ action ]

[lunas]

Blond? You mean, like.. when.. [ 'I transform', she means, but she doesn't want to say that out loud so it's more of a meaningful nudge. ] And Ami-chan isn't a doctor yet either for me back home. Ami-chan here is much older, she's from the future!

... But.. hmm, you're right. No matter what, we're still the same friends!

[ action ]

[faithfulflame]

Yes, blond. But you still have the same silly hairdo. [Rei smiles, hugging back hard before letting go of Usagi]

I'm sure we'll forget all about the differences soon.

[ action ]

[lunas]

Hey, it's just what makes me me! [ But she's laughing, apparently just taking all of it playfully too. ]

It's great, either way, that you're here too now..! You're going to live with Ami-chan and me too, right, right?

[ action ]

Of course I am. Ami-chan told me she already had a room ready for me. And who would I rather live with? My two best friends, or nobody?

[ action ]

I'm just making sure you won't run off, Rei-chan!

[ but it's all in good teasing, because she giggles. ]

There's so many stuff the three of us have to go do together now you're here!

[ action ]

Well, what do you want to do first, Usagi-chan? It sounds like we'll have a lot of time to enjoy ourselves. And that there really is a lot to do here, too.

[Just...don't...say....Karaoke...]

[ sorry, Rei, but you know it's the first thing she'll say. ]

Oh, and are there any nice places for sweets around here?

I knew you'd give in, Rei-chan! [ she giggles. ]

And of course there are.. there's a whole bakery where everything is free! Doesn't that sound like every girl's dream?
