Alright, here's a basic Permissions post
Threadhopping with this character?: Sure
Backtagging with this character?: I expect it, since I live in Japan.
Hugging this character?: Expect a lot of awkward. Rei is not touchy feely.
Giving this character a kiss?: This, again, EXTREMELY awkward, probably followed by yelling
Something more intimate?: No. Rei is 15. Absolutely not.
Relationships?: This...is something I would be really, really iffy on. Rei is not the sort who's really interested in a relationship at all. If she did become entangled, it would take a LOT of doing.
Punching this character (provided they can fight back): Sure, but she'll fight back with all of her strength!

Death?: Please check with me.
Is there anything you do not want mentioned near this character?: Anything is a go, provided the other Senshi in Luceti's permission posts allow for it.
Is there anything you need us to know about interacting with this character?: She's very much tied to her relationships with the other Sailor Senshi. What you do to one of them will affect the others. Take that as you will. The same would apply to her crows, Phobos and Deimos.
Other notes:
Rei is a possessed of several unique abilities among the Senshi, namely the ability to sense evil and ward against it, seal and paralyze it with Ofuda scrolls, and additionally have premonitions and other ESP related abilities.
So, some questions!
1) Can Rei read your aura? More specifically, what sort of vibes can she get from your character? Are they able to hide their darkness if they are evil?
2) If you ARE evil, would Rei's Ofuda scrolls work on you? Could she ward against you and keep you away?
3) Can Rei sense things about you with her powers? If she was to do a flame reading on you, could she discover things about your past and your future?
Changes within Luceti
The rather odd circumstances of Luceti have had their effect on Rei. She's undergone a few personality changes and picked up new skills that I will outline here:
1) Rei has been baptized in the Charter, and has begun studying Charter Magic with Sabriel Abhorsenthebellthatbinds . The mark is visible on her forehead, and marks her as a Charter Mage in training.
2) Rei has been studying magic with Helios Sprenssonefolklorist for several months. She has an affinity for Fire and Light spells, and has some experience with Earth and Wind. She has also spent a long time working with Eferin and Nala, while beginning to attempt to contact Hyt as well.
3) Thanks to a Soulgaze, Rei implicitly trusts Harry Dresdenquicktoanger . This may seem OOC, but the Soulgaze forced her to see Harry's soul (and he hers), and left her traumatized for some time. When she managed to accept it, Rei realized Harry was worthy of trust. If this is confusing, please contact me and I'll happily explain the nature of a Soulgaze and just how significant it is. Before Harry disappeared, Rei was beginning to develop a somewhat romantic interest in him, as much as she's emotionally capable of feeling way about a man anyway.
4) Because of her interactions in so many crisis situations with Luceti residents, Rei has begun to open up a bit more. She remains aloof and reserved in a lot of ways, but is more open to having friends outside of the Sailor Senshi. In a setting like this, it's practical for her to make allies and with only Ami Mizuno around she had to seek new people. She's still stiff with strangers, but her circle is a bit wider than just the Senshi now.
5) Rei, through various experiences, has begun to realize that she is, in fact, interested in romance. Just...with females. Encounters during Valentine's Day and through various other events have led to this discovery. She's still largely disinterested, but curious enough to try dating with someone that she trusts. Fenimore is the lucky someone.
If there are any questions/comments about these developments to Rei, please feel free to contact me. Do understand, however, that I've felt the changes natural, and that in a panfandom setting with everpresent danger, she had to adapt herself.

Kari is kind of a special case, in that her magic is actually a very powerful spirit sealed within the pendant attached to her chest. Although Kari is certainly not evil, the spirit inside her pendant would probably be giving off some very bad vibes. It's a spirit powerful enough to create entire worlds, and was sealed away because it was impeding upon the creation of the universe. The aura for this spirit would be even more noticeable if she was transformed as Hoshikyo, since the spirit in the pendant is the source of her magic.
Also, while Kari recently learned that there is some other force living inside her pendant, she doesn't know it's evil and she really only knows it's name and that it exists.
2) If you ARE evil, would Rei's Ofuda scrolls work on you? Could she ward against you and keep you away?
If she used an Ofuda on Kari's pendant, I imagine it would increase the power of the original seal, cutting off the connection between Kari's soul and the spirit. Since Kari's personality is changed due to the influence of the spirit, cutting off the connection would cause her personality to revert to how it was before she found the pendant (much more quiet and unfriendly) until the Ofuda is removed. But, seeing as the pendant is also stuck to her chest and literally coiled around her heart, cutting off that connection for longer than a little while would probably start putting a lot of strain on her heart. I'm not against it happening if you ever think of a reason for it, since it'd be interesting to play out. :'D
3) Can Rei sense things about you with her powers? If she was to do a flame reading on you, could she discover things about your past and your future?
Yes and yes! I'm not sure how much Rei would be able to sense about the pendant, but if she can, she's free to find out anything, including:
-the fact that it exists. She hides the pendant under her clothes usually.
-it's immensely powerful. Kari can barely access 10% of that power.
-the aura of the spirit seems to be growing stronger; she'd probably have to notice this over a period of a few months). Ultimately, the spirit is using Kari to gain complete control of her body so it can essentially return to life. This process won't complete in Luceti, but as of right now, she's actually able to become temporarily possessed by the spirit.
As for past and future stuff, go for it! And if you think the spirit in her pendant would cause any interference, it's past could be read too. B)

And Ion (Tales of the Abyss) too for reference, but he's less complicated:
1. Pretty much the opposite of evil. He's the leader of his world's religion, very kind and selfless, with occassional self-worth issues. Also I'm not sure if it'd be noticeable in his aura, but given he's a replica, he's much younger than he looks.

3. She can sense anything she wants about him! As for flame readings, she can find out anything from his past, but if she were to look in his future, she might not be able to see anything since he doesn't have one back home anymore. :'D Sob...
