[Though, goodness, that sounds ridiculously complex. And a little like how the Sailor Talismans and the Holy Grail work.]

Would having a stronger energy source increase the length of time you can summon that world, or those weapons? I remember a time limit on them.

No for the first and yes for the second. The limitations on my world are more guided by reality fighting back against another reality being imposed upon it. The weapons, however, will last longer when I put more magical energy into creating it.

And you draw energy from me, yes? I'm not sure that my Sailor Crystal can be depleted even a little, but I'm curious about testing those limits.

Your limits aren't the problem. Mine are. Even with a Master like Rin, I would burn out before she does. There are weapons out there that I could copy perfectly but, if I did, I could die in the process due to the amount of magic involved.

Understood, then it's not an experiment we'll attempt.

[There's a thoughtful pause.]

Can you teach me to use some of your other abilities, then? That might be a worthwhile endeavor, if you're able. A new application for a power I already possess, thanks to my crystal.

I only know two spells and only one of them is worth teaching. So if you want to learn something, it'll have to be that one.

Alright. What's the spell?

Reinforcement magic.

[faithfulflame]

Reinforcement magic? So, enhancement. Of what, specifically?

[swordboning]

Anything you cast it on. Including your own muscles and organs.

[faithfulflame]

Really now?

[That is interesting. Much, much more than she'd initially thought.]

That was what you did in ViViD then, wasn't it? With your legs and arms.

No, it wasn't. What I did there is something I could teach you since, as you say, you have a nearly unlimited supply of magical energy. But it's not a spell of any sort.

Well, what exactly is that? And how does it differ from reinforcing muscles and the like?

[swordboning]

It's called mana bursting. Which is expelling as much mana as possible to gain superior strength for just a bare moment. You can use it to speed forward, clash with someone four times stronger than you, or jumping great heights. Really, the limits are what you can do in that moment.

Ah. That...is interesting. Perhaps though, it'd be best to stick with the reinforcement spell for now.

[Mostly because she can already do that when transformed. And drawing too much energy out of the crystal as a human can be painful.]

We won't be starting tonight, however. I'll be going through your apartment and cleaning every last inch.

Just, if you're cleaning the other girl's rooms? Please don't rearrange anything. And mind the mess in the spare room. Dipper-kun was staying with us for a few days, and I hadn't had time to clean up after his departure.
