I've turned my complex floor into as much of a bastion as I can. There's room for a good many people here. I could try and make another, but it would be straining. Ideally, with help, I could manage shelters.

Do not strain yourself. It would be better to direct them to where you have already created a safe place, rather than straining yourself unnecessarily. Shelters is a sensible idea, though.

Yes, I believe so. There were and likely still are some lingering ghosts, but for the most part, they are sealed away again. I believe the seal will hold, but I cannot be sure that the rest of the wall is stable.
What you can do already gives us an advantage. Never doubt that you have made a positive impact on the lives of the people here, and have helped save a number of them.
