None at all. But I started with my mask on and offered to bargain.

So did we... but I know the problem with that is that we're "maskbreakers" anyway. It's never going to talk to anyone with that mask properly.

Hopefully you'll have more luck. I know from the meetings that some people did, but it might be good to know how soon it might be that they might come here.

We’ll see.  I’ll probably go down there after the new arrival cycle.

Do you think some of the new people will want to talk to them?

Probably. And they should. Maybe they'll think of something the rest of us didn't.

I don't think there's much of an option of that. They just want money from the sounds of things... and are just picky about who they give that courtesy to.

You never know. We may not have asked the right questions.

Maybe not... [ He'll turn his attention back to his wine then, taking a few sips. ] At least we know threatening them isn't the answer.

How will you get a mask for the new people though?

If it comes up, they can use mine. I kept it. No reason to throw it out.
