[When she asks about being a psychic, Leia blinks and smiles a little.]

Something like that, I suppose. Probably not in the same way you are if I understand your powers at all.

[Rei smiles somewhat self-deprecatingly. She hadn't expected to be called out on that.]

What do you know about my powers, exactly? Since you know me. Or...of me.

[Well, she wasn't going to bring it up, but you said something first, so...]

Ami said that you're a psychic, that you can see flashes of the future and you have some power over fire. And you're a fellow empath. Other than that, I can't say. I never got to see you fight in the few conflicts I was involved in at Luceti. Ami either for that matter.

[faithfulflame]

Hopefully there weren't too many...

[She's not disagreeing with the assessment, at least. It's accurate, but more to the point she wonders about Ami in a conflict...]

And were there others? Friends of ours. Minako Aino, Usagi Tsukiko, and Makoto Kino. They should've been with us as well.

I was only there for a few battles, but others had been there for years and fought many times with the different factions on the world.

[But, then again, fighting just seemed like another aspect of her life since she actively joined the Rebellion as a teenager.]

I didn't meet any of those other people. Ami didn't like to talk about it much, but with the way that Luceti worked, people sometimes came and went on a regular basis. So, it's possible that they were there, but I only saw you and Ami.

[faithfulflame]

Fair.

[Rei shakes her head at that news though.]

And I suppose that's for the best. If it was just the two of us, it's easier on them. We...aren't really warriors. But I can't imagine life without them.

[Another helpless shrug though, as she realizes that for the moment she'll be doing just that.]

Do you have other friends here?

[Leia shakes her head. As much as she wishes to know about the other people she loves, she can't selfishly wish them with her.]

Aside from my husband, no, I'm not sure there's anyone else I know here.

[faithfulflame]

Well, I'm not sure if that's a good thing or bad, given what we just experienced. But...I do hope they're all alright.

[She clearly has doubts about CERES.]

Yes, me too. [Somehow, Leia scrounges up a smile for the girl sitting next to her.] If there's a way for this world to pull me from another, I have to believe that there's a way to return home to our own places.

[Besides, she's got plans to work with her twin and a certain friend to visit once things are worked out.]

Yeah. Well, if you went from there to here, and people went home from there...there's got to be a way.

[A pause, because she just had a thought. Though, she's not sure she wants to voice it.]

You don't believe that...though? About our homes being invaded by aliens?

[borntorebel]

It wouldn't be the first time for my world, to be honest, but I'm not too keen on giving up and taking everything that's said to me at face value by an entity that feels the need to kidnap me. It doesn't exactly foster goodwill.

[faithfulflame]

Your world's been invaded by aliens?

More than once. [Leia lets out a small, unamused chuckle.] But I don't think that's really a first meeting topic.

No. Probably not...[She'll admit that.]
